RISE Pickleball is led by Head Pro Instructor Rob Davidson, founder of RISE Pickleball. All Camps and most Clinics maintain a low 1:8 teacher-to-student ratio to maintain a professional and personal learning experience. All instructors for RISE Pickleball events are professional players that bring years of experience to the courts to help you elevate your game!
Rob Davidson is recognized as one of the top players and instructors in Pickleball. He is a full-time instructor and is one of the first instructors certified by the IPTPA. Rob has won numerous tournaments as well as being a gold medalist in the US Open and USAPA National Championships. He has worked with individuals, partners, groups, clubs, and Pickleball Magazine, catering to a variety of skill levels and group sizes. From 2016-2019, he was the director of instruction for the highly successful LevelUP Pickleball Camps brand. Now he is bringing his experience and expertise to RISE Pickleball Camps. Originally from Portland, OR, he now lives in SE Phoenix working as Director of Pickleball at a country club. He has a heart for teaching and enjoys helping others improve their skills and achieve their goals in Pickleball.
Lon is the Director of Testing and Training for the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association (IPTPA) for the Southern California region and a IPTPA Certified Instructor as well.
He currently works for the renowned Bobby Riggs Tennis and Paddle in Encinitas, California and is the head pickleball pro at the Coronado Marriott Resort and Spa on Coronado Island. His 20+ years of playing experience has provided invaluable insight to his now 7+ years of professional instruction.
Jesse Eyman hails from Maricopa, Arizona. He is a passionate, certified professional pickleball instructor. Since finding this addictive sport, he's enjoyed competing, teaching, and everything else that comes along with pickleball. Jesse has been a dedicated athlete his entire life and is excited to see the continual growth in the world of pickleball while growing with it and doing his part to contribute to this contagious movement.
